[00:00:00] in this recent homeopathy episode with Lizzie and Sarah, I kind of just blurted out about Winifred a non-physical being that I have communicated with that came through when I first started listening to the telepathy tapes. I hadn't. Plan to talk about her, and now I feel like she deserves her own little episode.
I didn't want to subvert the homeopathy episode with this story and get off track, but I do want to share what Winifred said because I think it's beautiful and hopeful and it got me thinking that there's a lot of times when there's a little extra side story that would be relevant to an episode, but I don't want to take the time in the already long episode.
I don't want to get off track or pull away from the guests with my own story. And so I thought it might be fun, sort of like how the telepathy tapes, they do their [00:01:00] bonus talk tracks. I could do occasional bonus track here and there. So that's what, this is going to be our first bonus track. Where I tell you the story about Winifred, so it's interesting about the telepathy tapes because last year when they first came out, I kept having people mention them to me.
It would be my clients, my students, other practitioners, and then just like random people. It came up. Quite a few times, and for whatever reason I didn't feel called to explore it until finally in February of this year, my hairstylist brought up the telepathy tapes and I was like, okay, the universe really wants me to listen to these.
This is, finally the push that if my hairstylist is also listening, there's something here. So when I listened to them, . I felt really excited, inspired, and so I wrote a blog post about the telepathy tapes and I was [00:02:00] just thinking about it when I went in for a short meditation , right before I had to go to work.
During the meditation I felt beautiful, loving energy, and I felt a presence. In my mind, I heard the name Winifred, it came out of the blue. It was surprising. I didn't know who that was. I could feel her very loving, very positive energy and,
I asked who she was.
Her energy is like a soft, loving heart chakra. Frequency and also a gentle activation in my third eye.
But I had to go to work and so I didn't really have time to talk to her. I asked why she came and she said she felt me when I was focusing on the hill. The place, that's mentioned in the telepathy tapes where the autistic nons speakers go in the spirit realm. I was just kind of thinking about, I wasn't trying to go there, but I was sort of contemplating it when I went into meditation
So Winifred said that she [00:03:00] came because she felt me when I focused on the hill, and so I asked her if she was a person in an autistic body and she said, no, she's a non-physical being, but she goes to the hill. And she said she'd explain later, because I had to finish my meditation and go to work. later when I was done with work, I instantly wanted meditate again , and connect with Winifred and her energy's beautiful. And so I connected with her. I. Channeled the message that she brought through, and so I'm going to share that message with you now. This is Winifred and thank you for making time to connect.
I know this might seem odd that we've never met and I suddenly contacted you today out of the blue, but it was your inner call, your desire, your excitement and inspiration about the telepathy tapes and your curiosity about the hill. That pinged me in a way, it allowed me to respond to a call that you put [00:04:00] out.
And so here we are. You can feel my energy, which is helpful. So you know that. I mean, no harm I. There's a lot more to say, however, nice to meet you. Let's start with that. So yes, here we are. You may remember that I am a non-physical being who works, connects with others on the hill, so to speak. There is a frequency where we meet and exchange information, knowledge, healing, love, connection, understanding the souls who know where it is, have a special mission on Earth At this time, which is only beginning to unfold, there's going to be a lot more.
We're on the cusp of a new paradigm, as has been explained in that podcast. And there will be others, other media sources and projects and experiences that are spawned out of this initial effort. You are one who has the potential, to help others understand why this is incredibly important on Earth right now.
There will be many skeptics and that's not your concern, nor has it been [00:05:00] for any of the work that you've been doing. I'm well aware of how you fulfill your purpose at this moment and how the events of your life have led you here. It's all one and the same with the greater plan that these souls are working towards.
Each person has their own piece of the puzzle, and you can help bridge the gap between speakers and non speakers for there are many like you speakers. Who strongly relate to the experiences of the nons speakers and are able to connect the dots. Hence, you were very excited upon hearing that there is research being done that backs up the experiences that you've had or corroborates things that you've come to believe through your own experiences.
As I've said, there are many others as well who feel the same. There's more that the speakers can speak on this, the broader range this message can reach. Therefore, I'm here to support you in this work. If you wish to spread the word, I can help you as I am one of many who are non-physical beings [00:06:00] working in the spirit realm, supporting this effort on the other side, so to speak.
There's a beautiful collaboration going on amongst the speakers, nons speakers, and non-physical beings all working in cohesion harmoniously to fulfill a much greater purpose of shifting from the materialistic view of the world to a morphogenetic holographic multisensory world.
This is an exciting time for those who are ready and willing to explore these concepts, those who are ready to step into their full potential while incarnated on earth in a human body, but not limited to the human experience. There are things that can be done to activate more of your higher senses. Are you willing to work together for that?"
And then of course, I said yes. " If you agree, I can begin to initiate, activate energetic support downloads that will give you a greater inside look at how the hill works and what human potential truly is." Of course, I said [00:07:00] yes, "A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I hope we can help all living beings to experience greater connection and love and support while living on earth.
This will take time. I will meet you in the dream world more likely than in your waking life. However you can feel or sense when I'm tugging at you, when you're awake. L et's see how things go. F or now I want to give you a little boost energetically, and then to connect more tomorrow." And yeah, like I said, , her energy is so
nurturing and warm and soft. It felt so lovely to feel her energy.
So that night I felt a big rush of energy when I was laying down to go to sleep. It's sort of. Loving and euphoric energy. It felt so nice. And then the next day I made time again to connect with Winifred, and here's a excerpt from our conversation. She says, "This is our second of possibly many conversations we'll have.
It'll get easier for us to find a [00:08:00] flow as we adjust to each other's frequency. You can ask me whatever questions you came up with. I know there were a few that you've had on your mind, but didn't have time to ask before I. I said yes. I want to know if it's okay to share this with my healer sisters.
You might remember from other episodes that, there's six of us in my Healer sister group. We call ourselves Sisters of the Rose. Nicole Parish is one of them, and Lizzie Martinez is one of them as well.
So after I said that, I felt a lot of energy. My body was moving all around. But. I was having trouble clearly receiving the messages, even though I very strongly felt the energy. And then finally, Winifred said, "It's going to take more time for our energies to harmonize. You are correct that you received a download before bed last night.
Right now we are balancing harmonizing nonverbal cues and frequency modulations are occurring. Silence is not the same as no response. Note your body movements as [00:09:00] part of the frequency modulation." So I was thinking, I'm not getting any response, but she was saying that the movements of the energy and receiving the energy was a response.
She says "In answer to your question, it's not a problem. If you wish to include your healer sisters, if any of them would like to connect, I'm available to those who are willing to receive energetic transmissions. This is the simplest way to share knowledge.
However, the rate of absorption and dissemination of information will vary not only from person to person, but in each person from moment to moment, depending on your energetic state at the time. I'm careful to only share when you are capable of grounding and managing this energy well. However, it may be of greater service to have more of you who wish to understand what occurs in the realm of the Nons speakers, which has been referred to as the Hill in the Telepathy tapes, but is also known under other names by other groups.
The name is not important." And then [00:10:00] I asked, are you aware of the six members in the healer group? And she says, "I can be with consent from each of them.". And then I said, and then will you be able to assess whether or not we're ready to go there? She says it would be a process of acclimation to particular frequencies, perhaps before going there when you are together, or it could be separate.
You may wish to contact me. And those who are willing can receive downloads giving their energetic bodies time to process and integrate these transmissions." And then because I felt like I was having challenges having a steady communication with Winifred, I said, if she's open to it, could Nicole communicate with you better?
Because I still have a hard time trusting what I'm receiving, even though I strongly feel your energy at this time. And Winifred said " It's acceptable to me to communicate through her. She has the choice to reach out to me if she'd like. You're doing a wonderful job of receiving my messages. There need not be any concern about the accuracy, [00:11:00] but if it makes you more comfortable, certainly you can ask Nicole if she's interested.
However, I do still want to work with you directly." And I said, yeah, I want to work with you too, as far as receiving messages or communicating inwardly, but I just feel more comfortable if Nicole wants to, because she's more used to this role than I am. And Winifred said, "That's your choice. There are certain qualities that you bring to this work that are highly regarded.
You are more qualified than you give yourself credit for. Like Nicole, you have incredible trust in spirit and you have purity of heart and intention. You also have an immense curiosity paired with enthusiasm that generates a bright spark that is beneficial to our communication for this energy radiates out to the masses, and there is a broadcast that your frequency puts out that many others are receptive to.
You are meant to have your own experiences that you then share to the collective. Because they are your unique experiences rather than [00:12:00] others' experiences filter to you, there is a higher potency behind the message."
She continues. " My suggestion is that if Nicole is willing to communicate with me, she can be the primary communicator to the group. However, I also wish to individually channel through you. There are certain activations that you can receive that will be part of your individualized journey, and there are activations that each person in your group can receive that will have individualized implications for their own specific journey.
And then there is group work for the Collective.", and I said, okay. Your energy feels really nice. She says, "This is our shared energy field. It will intensify if you allow it." And then of course, I was like, yes, please. And I got quiet and received her energy.
Okay, so I shared the message with my healer sisters in our group chat, and Lizzie was out of town in the hospital visiting a family member, and she sent us a message that [00:13:00] said, "Last night I was at the hospital and I was reading the message from Winifred.
I just have to tell this story. We all know I'm out of town helping in the hospital. So that's been a huge dramatic situation. Big family stuff coming up over here. So last night I was at the hospital and I was reading the message from Tianna, but download with Winifred. I read the whole thing and I was like, oh, wow.
And instantly when Winifred said, if people want this, say yes in our group. And in that moment I thought, yes, I'm totally a yes. Right. So I thought that, and then last night I dreamt of myself and Tyana and Winifred, and it was such an interesting dream because I don't remember the actual dream, but I woke up in the middle of the night and in that moment I knew I had been dreaming about Winifred and Tyana and that in the dream we were traveling, we were [00:14:00] journeying on some incredible journey.
'cause I woke up with the most incredible feeling of having done. Something amazing like being shown something amazing and I felt to quarterly heart activated, like so much love. I was awake in the middle of the night feeling the strongest feeling I can say that I felt was forgiveness for everyone. I felt so much forgiveness, so much forgiveness for myself.
So I was feeling all this forgiveness. I felt really strongly that I just wanna be alive and enjoy being a human and enjoy and excitement for being alive during this time. So, such strong heart. So in the middle of the night, I was totally awake, feeling all this heart activation and love and letting things go, all this forgiveness.
I knew that I had been with Tianna and Winifred, and all I wanted to do was go back to that dream and keep having that experience. I was [00:15:00] awake, the thinking about stuff and just noticing, and I wrote down all the things that I was feeling 'cause they were so strong. And then I did go back to sleep and I did dream it again and I still don't remember it, but I know that I had a continuation of the dream with Winifred.
And so I woke up feeling really energized and definitely a heart activation and so much forgiveness with my family. Okay, that's my dream.
So I loved when Lizzie shared that because the energy felt so much like what I felt from Winifred. , anytime I focus on Winifred, I feel just a beautiful heart activation and love energy. . So after receiving that, the gals in the group. Came up with some questions to ask Winifred and I was all ready to, connect to Winifred and channel these answers for them.
And I set aside some time and here's what happened. I.
So Winifred says, "Hi. it's Winifred. I'm here. You can feel me. You have some questions before we start. You wanted to know if there's a protocol that you [00:16:00] should follow to connect with me. It's been quite simple, hasn't it, for us to connect. And your friend Nicole, also mentioned how easy it can be for us to connect.
I'm a being that specializes in telepathic communication. Therefore, you likely will all be able to communicate easily with me if you choose to open to receive my messages. It's not required that everyone in your group do so. There's a simple choice to connect, and then you each may perceive that transmission of my intention in different ways.
For example, some of you might see me inwardly, others might hear a voice or simply know what I'm sharing with you. For you Tianna, you're open to receive my energies, and when you sense my energetic signature, then that's the green light for our communication. You each might receive my message in a different way, and also the same message transmitted to several individuals might be worded differently.
It doesn't matter if I sound slightly different through different channels. The core intention will remain the same." So then I started to [00:17:00] have trouble, and then again, I started to doubt and I was feeling all the energy and my body was moving in all these ways, but I was just feeling so frustrated, like, no, this isn't working.
I can't do this. And so Winifred came through and said, "You might choose to either ask this question again at a later date or possibly ask Nicole to bring through an answer. As of now, you still have doubts with your ability to channel or the accuracy of the messages that come through.
There is a strong concern about bringing through false information that can get in the way of the messages coming through clearly. However, with time and practice, there will be stronger trust and therefore greater clarity. I started to get worried. There was a specific question,
someone asked, are any with Down syndrome also communicating on the hill? And I got in my head about it, worrying like, . What if I bring through the wrong information and it got in the way of me being relaxed and a [00:18:00] clear channel for the information. So I tried another question that didn't feel as
worrisome.
Lizzie wanted to know how she could best support her nonverbal autistic clients.
And Winifred said, "There is so much that Lizzie provides without even realizing it. Her greatest asset is love and the acknowledgement of each soul and their family members that she works with. This unspoken support is received by her autistic patients and they do communicate with her telepathically.
She can trust that she often gets important messages through her dreams. W henever possible. If she can focus on her autistic patient the night before and then pay attention to her dreams, she will likely receive information as she has been already. This is incredibly valuable to them. There's a lot of communication already happening between Lizzie and her autistic patients.
Lizzie, you can also call on me Winifred to support you when working with your nonverbal autistic clients. [00:19:00] I can help be a greater bridge for you.I f you choose to continue to receive my energetic transmissions. It will get easier for you to hear and know my messages in support of these clients. They are incredibly grateful for the work that you are doing with them.
Your daughter in particular helps as well in the higher realms. She is a great support for you and your clients acting as a bridge in a way that allows you to receive important messages when needed. If you keep writing down your dreams. From time to time, going back and looking for correlation with your dreams and your patient visits, you'll begin to find keys that will help you to more easily decipher the ways that they've been communicating with you non-verbally and through dream messages.
Keep a specific notebook just for these dreams and these cases so that these symbols and associations will become much clearer for you, like a shorthand of sorts. Then in the future, , other nonverbal autistic clients, if you inwardly give them permission to receive the [00:20:00] notes that you've made through this study can more easily communicate back to you through these symbols in your dreams.
This is going to get easier and work more rapidly over time once you do this initial work. You and Nicole have done incredible work together already, and if you wish the two of you could really expand this in a way over time, that could even become sort of notes for practitioners who work with this client base.
And again like a shorthand for those nonverbal autistic clients who want to utilize it. They would be able to access this list of symbols to make their needs and feelings and thoughts more clearly expressed and more easily received by any practitioner.
Dream communication is something that more practitioners can develop as a transitional skill until everyone becomes more comfortable accessing their telepathic skills during the waking hours.
And then again, I was having trouble and she said, Tianna's having trouble with channeling messages for others. There's still great [00:21:00] fear about giving out wrong information. This is something that will need practice to overcome. Try not to focus too much on the individual words. Telepathy is about transmitting chunks of information, concepts that you can then decipher into your own language in your own way.
Oftentimes, there are many ways that something could be said. So it's not about getting specific words exactly right - most of the time There are times when very specific words are used a nd technical information needs to be transmitted. But most of the time if you allow the concept to be received, I don't mind if you explain it in your own way.
That's fine. Perhaps take a break now. And we can answer the rest of the questions another time.
Some of you might have read my book and there are channeled messages from my spirit guide, will, and I've been channeling for many, many years, but just. Privately. From the very beginning of my spiritual journey. I was channeling my guide and some other loving wise beings, and I love connecting to [00:22:00] these higher beings and getting messages.
And I've just kept them for myself all these years until I finally put the book out. And I still have many, many more messages that I plan to bring through. But it's funny how it feels different to me. If someone is asking me a question and waiting for my answer, I start to really worry about the information that I'm bringing through. And so yeah, I just got in my head
. so our healer group Sisters of the Rose, we meet twice a month in person and we do different things like healing or meditations or sometimes Nicole channels for us. And since these questions, for Winifred had not gone answered by me 'cause I didn't feel comfortable, Nicole had agreed to bring through Winifred, and get these questions answered. and I'm so glad that Nicole was willing to connect with Winifred, which she said is really easy. All of us,, that have connected with her, feel like she's very accessible, very easy to hear and connect with.
We have a group of six [00:23:00] and so you'll recognize, of course Nicole Lizzie's voice, my voice. And then the other three members that you'll hear are Barbara, mj, and Bianca. And the quality of the recording, it isn't as good because it was just done on our phones and, you can mostly hear Nicole and everyone else's softer.
